Delivery

If your plant is damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. Please report damages within 24 hours with photos.

We ship once a week on Sunday, for orders placed before Friday. Orders placed after Friday will be shipped the following Sunday.

We ship orders via Steadfast Courier and Sundarban Courier Service for reliable and timely delivery across Bangladesh.

Sorry, at this moment we don’t offer cash on delivery.

Refund

You can contact our customer support via email or phone, providing your order number and supporting photos within the eligible timeframe.

No, as we sell only fresh seeds produced by us, we do not take responsibility for germination results. However, under proper conditions, our seeds have a 90% germination ratio.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via bKash or Nagad.

We currently accept payments via bKash and Nagad only.
