Products & Sales

• Adenium.com.bd sells adenium plants and seeds exclusively from our own Bengal Adenium garden.
• We do not sell gardening tools, fertilizers, or other products.
• Product descriptions and images are provided for reference purposes only. Natural variations in plant growth, flower color, and size may occur.
• We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

User Accounts & Eligibility

• Users can register an account or checkout as a guest.
• The recommended age for purchasing is 18+, but there is no strict age restriction.
• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Pricing, Payments & Transactions

• All prices listed on Adenium.com.bd are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and subject to change without notice.
• We accept payments only via bKash and Nagad (mobile banking). Other payment methods are currently unavailable.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Adenium.com.bd reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery

• We only deliver within Bangladesh. International shipping is not available.
• Orders placed before Friday will be shipped on Sunday. Orders placed after Friday will be shipped the following Sunday.
• Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Refund/Replacement Eligibility:

• If the flower does not match the order, we will refund or replace the plant.
• Adenium flowers may show natural genetic variations; customers should observe multiple bloom cycles before requesting a refund.
• Refund/replacement requests must be submitted with clear photo proof of the mismatch.

Damaged Products:

• If plants arrive damaged, rotten due to shipping, we will replace them with fresh plants free of charge.
• Customers must report shipping damage within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed for shipment.
• If an order is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued.

Liability & Disclaimers

• Adenium plants are living products, and growth patterns may vary due to environmental conditions. We do not guarantee specific results in plant growth.
• We ensure proper packaging to prevent damage, but external shipping factors are beyond our control.
• Adenium.com.bd is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customer unavailability, or incorrect shipping addresses.
• Customers are responsible for providing a safe and suitable growing environment for their plants.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All images, product descriptions, and content on Adenium.com.bd are the exclusive property of Bengal Adenium.
• Customers may use images and content only for personal use.
• Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or modification of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities
