Eligibility for Refund & Return

• Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the flower does not match the ordered plant.
• Due to the natural genetic variation of adenium plants, customers must observe multiple bloom cycles before requesting a refund.
• Refund or return requests must be supported with clear photographic evidence of the mismatch.
• If the received plant is rotten upon arrival or develops rot within 7 days of receiving it, we will replace it. Customers must provide photos as proof within the 7-day period.

Damaged or Defective Plants

• If the product is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement plant free of charge.
• Customers must report shipping damage within 24 hours of receiving the package with supporting photos.
• We ensure proper packaging, but we are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling after delivery.

Seed Policy

• We sell only fresh seeds produced by us.
• We do not take any responsibility for germination results.
• Any expert can germinate our seeds with a 90% germination ratio under proper conditions.

Return & Refund Process

To request a refund or return:

• Contact our customer support via email or phone within the eligible time frame.
• Provide your order number and attach clear photos of the plant for verification.
• Our team will review the request and notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method (bKash or Nagad).
• If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped in the next available shipping cycle.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipment.
• We do not accept returns or refunds for:
  • Change of mind or personal preferences.
  • Plants that have been improperly cared for by the customer.
  • Delays caused by courier services.
